Last month, I drove down to Cape Cod to visit family and hopefully make some photographs. I enjoyed the drive down, but when I arrived, I didn’t really have much ambition to photograph anything. Part of it was how similar Cape Cod is to Prince Edward County. Sure, it’s on the ocean instead of a lake, but the forested dunes and boutique crowded streets of Province Town just seemed all too familiar. The other part, I am not too sure, but I just found the whole trip rather dull. After a a few days I cut my trip short and returned home, mostly because I began to miss my cats.
Most of what I photographed was using Instax, however, I did manage to complete at least one roll – though several frames were actually taken during the blizzard we got caught in while travelling through Vermont.
